Very nice!

The room was clean, relatively spacious and there was a big window with a nice view of the city. The location was perfect, walking distance from many cultural places and major streets with shops and facilities. Staff was nice and helpful. They have a wonderful last floor where you can have an abundant breakfast with city view. Definitely recommend!

Good but nothing special

The view is nice, the location is good. For this price it was OK.

Old hotel, the bathroom could use some renovation. The staff who does not speak English but that is unfortunately standard in Japan :(

It was very clean and well managed. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. It was close to the Memorial Park.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Walk to Peace Memorial. Walk to restaurants. Lovely views from clean comfortable room. One of our favourite hotels in five months of travel.

The location is good to go to anywhere which is popular. And also good to go to cafe and resaurants near this hotel(walk in 10mins). The vendimg machine used for check out or in is very useful and the hoteliers can speak English well.

The bathroom.. may be.. more carefully cleaned.

Great hotel, well worth the price we paid and I’d love to stay again if the opportunity presented.

It’s a nice, modern looking hotel, but really feels like it has more old school decent service from the staff. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The room was still small, but larger than any other on our stay by comparison. The 25th floor restaurant has fantastic views, great breakfast spread and the happy hour with free drinks was really nice. Super close to the peace park, and equally close to key city areas for exploring and eating.

Nothing that I can recall! It’s worth maybe getting a taxi from the Shinkansen station if you have heavy luggage, it’s a bit of a walk and tram ride otherwise, but that’s no fault of the hotel obviously. We did this on the way out and it was much easier.

Well located. We were on 18th floor and had great views from the room and again on the 25th floor where breakfast was provided Very good breakfast with wide choice. We also appreciated the happy hour one evening. Comfortable bed.

Very Good

The location is very handy for visiting the museum and the peace park. The free snacks and wine up in the restaurant area were a pleasant surprise. The view from our room on 22nd floor was good. The staff were very helpful and booked us a taxi to the station. The room was the largest that we've stayed at in Japan.

The bathroom was a bit dated, but everything worked perfectly.

Must require the higher level rooms, you won't be disappointed!

The view was a killer, the cleaning and the location were also pleasant; they also offer the free coffee every morning at the lounge on the top floor.

Size of the room was not spacious, the shower room was also tiny and did not separate the shower and the toilet, which caused the water was all over the bathroom floor.

Could have been a better view.

Location was great short walk to the peace memorial.

I had asked for a room with a good view, the views from the restaurant at the top are what drew me to this hotel. My room was on the 14th floor and facing views at the back of the hotel. The forward facing views overlooked a park, much nicer than my view.

Large, well located hotel with beautiful views

Centrally located, very large hotel with friendly staff. Our room was very spacious by Japanese standards, with a very comfortable bed and a spectacular view of the city. We loved the cozy guest lounge on the 25th floor with great views and complimentary wine in the evening. Breakfast is also served there and is well worth it - it is varied and delicious.

It was basically clean, but some corners need a little more attention. The interior of the hotel is a bit old-fashioned.
